What is Grover's Bible and the history of the book

Grove's Bible is a popular marijuana growing manual that provides detailed instructions on growing the plant, including strain selection, optimal growing conditions, processing and harvesting methods.

The history of the book is related to the American author and expert on growing cannabis, known under the pseudonym Jorge Cervantes, whose real name is George Van Patten. The beginning of the story of this book has its roots in Jorge's university years in Mexico City. Even then, he was interested in growing cannabis. After completing his studies, the future author began to apply his knowledge in practice, starting the cultivation of hemp. In the 1980s, he began growing cannabis indoors

At that time, there was little verified information about growing hemp. And Jorge acquired all the information through practice. This also led Jorge to realize how many people were interested in cannabis, so he decided to create his own guide to growing marijuana. So, in 1983, Grover Jorge Cervantes' Bible appeared.

The first edition contained only 96 pages. In addition, the book was black and white and did not have an adequate design. Later, the author edited the manual several times. And today, the Grower's Bible is 512 pages long, with over 1,100 color photos, drawings and charts on how to care for cannabis plants. Today, this manual has been translated into many languages of the world.

Other teachings from Cervantes

Jorge Cervantes is a passionate researcher in the art of growing marijuana, constantly searching for new varieties and methods. His articles can be found repeatedly in such well-known publications as High Times. His work can also be found in Soft Secrets magazine and the Japanese publication Burst High, where he writes a cannabis column.

Jorge Cervantes is active in the field of cannabis cultivation: he regularly demonstrates his gardens and home greenhouses to viewers. Over the years, he has made many "steady friends" in the growing community, giving him access to various plantations.

Despite the fact that Jorge has a rather rich life and has his own houses in the USA and Spain, he practically does not live there. He leads a secluded lifestyle, always seeking new discoveries and perfecting the cultivation of cannabis.

Anyone starting out on their cannabis growing journey should read the grower's bible, as this guide is a real treasure for beginners and professionals alike. And its value lies in the fact that all the knowledge accumulated in it is tested in practice.
